The Center (NYC)
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center (aka "The Center") provides a home for the birth, nurture and celebration of our organizations, institutions and culture; cares for our individuals and groups in need; educates the public and our community; and empowers our individuals and groups to achieve their fullest potential.
GMHC: Gay Men's Health Crisis (NYC)
GMHC is a large community organization providing HIV prevention and care services, mental health support, plus advocacy and legal services (for those living with HIV). GMHC also runs a popular HIV and STD testing and counseling clinic.
